Sorting on multiple columns in views

In any CRM view it is possible to change the column that is sorted on by clicking the title of the column.

It is also possible to further sort on additional columns by using Shift-Click on the column titles - though it is not possible to tell the order in which columns are used for sorting.

Application Mode Settings

Application mode runs CRM in Internet Explorer without the menu bar, address bar and file pull-downs.

Application mode is set in Settings | Administration | System Settings - Customization Tab. This setting applies to all sessions of CRM regardless of who starts it.

To run CRM in a normal Internet Explorer window for just one session browse to http://crmserver/loader.aspx

Delegate Security Role

Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 includes the Delegate security role. The only privilege in this role is "Act on Behalf of Another User". This role on its own does not provide access to Microsoft Dynamics CRM and must be used in conjunction with another security role. The privilege "Act on Behalf of Another User" allows code to run as or impersonate another user as described in this link http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/gg334744.aspx.
